Few things in life are more exciting than hanging out on a charter bus full of drag queens, headed to Atlantic City with an urn full of latte, and a live capuchin monkey stashed in your baggage.
Catching up with our old pal Dallas Austin just happens to be one of those things. Dallas Austin is to music what Whynatte is to latte.
You may be familiar with Dallas Austin. He has crafted songs for a number of R&B and pop chart artists, including Leona Lewis, Texas (band), Boyz II Men, Pink, JC Chasez, Monica, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin, Stacie Orrico, Another Bad Creation, and Brand New Heavies. Oh, and he also pulled in two Grammies for his work with TLC.
Which is to say that he’s almost as accomplished as you are on Guitar Hero.

I always liked DRUMLINE.
Jes, I could be wrong…but that looks more like Dallas’s cousin. I forgot his name, but we used to hang with him all the time. Am I right?

I remember now…Wan! That’s Wan.
No, no, I think you’re right. That is actually Dallas’ imposter cousin, which wouldn’t be all that crazy if the guy didn’t actually go around telling people, and acting, like he’s Dallas friggin Austin. So, when you go up to a guy that looks like Dallas Austin, and you say “hello Dallas” and the person pretends that they are indeed Dallas Austin, and they look like friggin Dallas Austin, one would be inclined to believe that indeed it is Dallas Austin. Oh well.
Jes, do you work anymore?
