Whynatte Befriends Kimberly & Heather
  • Whynatte’s executive team took the Whynatte corporate jet to San Francisco this past weekend. Then we went to Santa Cruz, the birthplace of the Whynatte. I wanted to show the team where it all started.

    Some of the things that have not changed in Santa Cruz since the last time I was there:
    -Every man, woman, and adolescent still appear to be completely stoned out of their brains;
    -The Al Pastor tacos are so good that I want to make a necklace entirely out of this savory pork;
    -You could walk around town in a Count Chocula outfit, and nobody would think anything of it;
    -Finding a taxi at 4am is about as likely as me riding a Wooly Mammoth to work tomorrow morning;
    -It’s got to be the most incredible place to live in the US.

    Needless to say, Santa Cruz is still upholding the fine tradition of the Whynatte. Once the Whynattes started flowing at the Red Room, everyone in the bar wanted to get a taste of the hot latte. Tiffany, our fantastic waitress, kept the Whynattes coming, and she deserves a new wind breaker for her efforts.

    Whynatte stumbled into these two little firecrackers on Saturday night. Kimberly and Heather are their names, and helmeted Whynatte drinking is their game. You could give me 5246266 guesses at to the guy on the left’s name, and I wouldn’t be able to remember it.

    Heather and Kimberly are new friends of the Whynatte, and I would like to personally extend to them my warmest welcome to our tribe. Not only are they gorgeous, but they can assassinate a Whynatte with the best of them.

Hello, I'm one of the co-founders of Whynatte, and currently handle the marketing, branding, and business development. I also handle the mail room, the black market primate side-operation, and most of the shipping and receiving. A little of this, a little of that. The fact that you're actually reading this indicates that you've lent us your time, and have an interest in Whynatte. Thank you. It's the gazillion people who've supported us along the way that make the difference. See you around....

    They were just sitting around, waiting for non-existant boyfriends, and proved gracious enough to join us for a few whynattes…

  • Jake, your approach was smoother than that of a 747 landing at Heathrow.

  • Long time writer, first time slingblade user. Thanks for the comment. Clark is like a rusty knife; Still sharp, but if you don’t watch out you’ll get stung with that tetanus.

    Thanks for making the plunge from casual observer to casual commenter.
