Not Posting Enough/Bowl 4 Change
  • So last night I’m hanging out at Opera throwing back some Whynattes. In walks Brent, with his girlfriend who is wayyyyyy too hot for him, and he gets on me about how the Whynatte blog is slipping. He starts riding me like a goddamn Shetland pony. Apparently I’m not posting frequently enough. Brent’s greatest care in the world is deciding which flavor lollipop he wants to have as an afternoon indulgence. Here I am, working 14 hours a day to bring Whynattes to the world, and Brent is going to tell me that I’m not posting enough?

Brent’s suggestion was that I outsource the blog writing to a blog factory in Delhi. Great call, I’m sure that would go over well with my readers.

Anyway, I heard that there was some big event earlier this week in DC:

Whynatte was a proud sponsor of Bowl 4 Change, with Ne-Yo at Howard University. Also sponsoring the event were BET, Perennial Group, WPGC, Tyler Perry Studios, Compound Entertainment, Ne-Yo and the Compound Foundation, the Young Women’s Project, and Howard University.

Brent was not a sponsor of Bowl 4 Change. Instead, he was the proud sponsor of his own event called The Status Quo.

The drink of choice at the event? You guessed it:

Hello, I'm one of the co-founders of Whynatte, and currently handle the marketing, branding, and business development. I also handle the mail room, the black market primate side-operation, and most of the shipping and receiving. A little of this, a little of that. The fact that you're actually reading this indicates that you've lent us your time, and have an interest in Whynatte. Thank you. It's the gazillion people who've supported us along the way that make the difference. See you around....
