Fighting Wolves and Other Wild Animals
  • Ever since Vancouver decriminalized fresh halibut, there has been no better spot to get your sushi fix in Vancouver than Shiro’s. No joke, the last time I was in Vancouver, I ate at Shiro’s 3 out of the 5 nights I was there. The other two nights, I cried myself to sleep after vomiting out the inferior food that I had consumed.

    So, when Dana asked me for a restaurant recommendation in Vancouver, I immediately sent her to Shiro’s. Actually, my original thought was to send her deep into the woods, with nothing but a leatherman, and force her to fight wolves and coyotes, but at the last minute had a change of heart. Yes, the sushi at Shiro’s is that good.
