Okay, so off the bat Horrible Bosses looks like it’s going to be a great movie. Put it like this: With this cast and premise, it’s certainly got all the right ingredients to be this Summer’s top comedy fare.

I was sold pretty much the moment I saw Kevin Spacey forcing Jason Bateman’s character to pound a full glass of 18 year old scotch at 8am. Sounds kind of like life around Whynatte HQ, come to think of it. There’s no point in me going to great lengths to explain what the movie’s about, since the kind folks at Warner Bros. did the heavy lifting, and assembled a trailer for the film. Take a look:

This Friday at either the Midtown or Little 5 Vortex, Whynatte will be giving away passes to a July 5th advance screening of Horrible Bosses. That’s right, you can see it early and see it for free, all you have to do is show up at the Vortex at 6pm this Friday, July 1st, and try a Whynatte drink or shot. And, while you’re there you may as well indulge in a handful of tasty $4 Whynatte Whippets, and one of the best yak burgers in the city.
