This Friday we’re throwing a party, and as such we’re celebrating the birthday of one Ben Deignan at the ridonkulous pool at the W downtown. We offer no apologies if Ben’s birthday comes across as a thinly veiled excuse to gather lots of people in one place to drink Whynattes, since the final outcome will be a great time regardless. While Ben’s a top notch friend and a brilliant musician, we can celebrate Buju Banton’s if that makes you feel any better. What’s important is that we gather to celebrate, and as long as that’s taken care of, the rest will fall into place. If last weekend’s amazingly amazing party at Republic proved anything, it’s that you really don’t need an excuse to have a good time drinking Whynattes.

So here are the nuts and bolts of Friday’s event:

Cover: $0.00, plus free parking with a $20 bar tab.
Drink Special: $6 Whynatte Whippets! (this is basically like getting the W to do free shots)
Special Bonus: Free coyote skull to the first 50 people through the door.
Music: Ben Deignan will take the stage for a live performance at 11pm, and DJ Jay Envy will manhandle the turntables before and after.
